URSB Brings Services Closer to Clients with New Naguru Service Centre
The Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB) has officially opened a new URSB Services Centre at JLOS Towers along Katalima Road in Naguru, Nakawa Division, Kampala. Located at Basement 1, Tower 2, the new centre is now fully operational and ready to serve clients.
The new service centre has been established to bring URSB services closer to the public while enhancing convenience and accessibility for clients. Staff have already fully settled into the new premises and are readily available to attend to clients seeking various URSB services.
Clients visiting the centre can conveniently access a range of services, including business registration, intellectual property services, business name reservations, company searches, and general inquiries.


The new location is expected to improve customer experience by providing faster and more efficient service delivery in a modern and accessible environment.
The new centre also will cater for improved public service delivery and ensure that entrepreneurs, innovators, and businesses can easily access the support they need.


Members of the public are encouraged to visit the new URSB Services Centre at JLOS Towers and experience the quality services offered by the dedicated URSB team as the bureau continues to support business growth and innovation in Uganda.
