URSB honoured for outstanding support at Toastmasters Conference
The Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB) was recognised for its unwavering support at the 2025 Toastmasters International Conference, held over the weekend at Silver Springs Hotel in Bugolobi.
The prestigious award was presented in appreciation of URSB’s commitment to fostering personal and professional development through effective communication.
The award inscription read: “In appreciation presented to URSB with heartfelt gratitude for your generous support and commitment to the success of the 2025 Toastmasters International Conference in Uganda. Your contribution has made a lasting impact, and we deeply appreciate your dedication to personal and professional development.”
URSB has been a long-standing partner of Toastmasters, playing a pivotal role in empowering individuals with communication and leadership skills.
Conference Convenor, Ms. Hope Okeny, lauded the organisation’s impact. “URSB’s partnership has been instrumental in providing a platform for individuals to cultivate their communication and leadership skills,” she remarked.
The event featured engaging speech contests, including the thought-provoking Table Topics challenge and inspiring prepared speeches. As participants showcased their oratory skills, the energy in the room was electric.
The conference concluded with the announcement of contest winners, celebrating excellence in public speaking. With URSB’s continued support, Toastmasters remains a transformative force in Uganda’s leadership and communication landscape.
