Reports to:   Administrative Officer 

Overall Job Purpose:

To provide support to all activities of the office deployed to.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Opens and closes office
  • Supervises cleaners
  • Delivers and receives mails for the office
  • Prepares and serves tea to staff
  • Stamps the documents as required
  • Carries out photocopying as required
  • Ensures safety of office equipment
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the officers

Person Specifications:

  1. Minimum of a Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (A’ Level)
  2. Effective written and oral communication skills in the English language
  3. A high-level integrity
