Norbert Mao, Permanent Secretary/Secretary to the Treasury, Mr. Ramathan Ggoobi, Board Chairman, Ambassador Francis Butagira, Members of the Board and Registrar General, Ms. Mercy K. Kainobwisho led the proceedings.
