URSB Strategic Plan IV: A Glimpse into the Future, Readiness to Lead Uganda’s Business Transformation
As we consider our purpose and progress, a key question arises: Are we prepared to make Uganda the top destination for doing business?
URSB’s Strategic Plan IV presents a bold, optimistic vision with the theme: “Positioning Uganda as the best destination for doing business.”
According to Ms. Freda Bwiizi Ayebare, the Commissioner Policy and Planning, URSB is set to tap into opportunities that grow the entity and support national development.
“We reaffirm our commitment to excellence, guided by our core values: Customer-Centricity, Professionalism, Integrity, Teamwork, and Accountability.”
Strategic Focus Listed
Our new strategic direction focuses on six key objectives: improving access to and quality of registration services, enhancing communication and awareness, strengthening the legal and institutional framework, promoting innovation and competitiveness, developing sustainable ICT infrastructure, and nurturing talent for increased productivity.
Alignment with NDP IV
Each objective is anchored in strategic interventions aligned with the National Development Plan (NDP) IV, ensuring URSB’s role in driving national growth. This plan is not just about where we are going, but how we will get there, together, as one united team.
The journey ahead is exciting, and the path is clear. Let this be the moment we embrace our shared mission and build a business environment where every Ugandan enterprise thrives.
