How to Access the Business Registry Search

  1. Create an OBRS Account

  2. Log in to Your OBRS Account

    • Once registered, log in here using your credentials.
  3. Navigate to the Search Section

    • After logging in, click on Search and Certification in the dashboard.
    • Alternatively, you can click here.
  4. Search for a Business or Company

    • Enter the registration number of the business or company you want to search for and click Search.
  5. Pay for the Search (if required)

    • If prompted for payment:
      • If you’ve already paid: Click Already Paid, enter your valid PRN, and view the search results.
      • If payment is pending: Click Generate PRN, choose your preferred payment method, and complete the payment process.
  6. View Your Search Results

    • Once payment is completed, go to My Applications and select the Record Searches Tab.
    • You can also access this directly here.
    • Your most recent search will appear at the top. Click View to see the full report.
