URSB Engages Public at Judiciary National Court Open Day 2025
The Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB) participated in the Judiciary National Court Open Day 2025 held on Monday, 15th December 2025 at the Kololo Ceremonial Grounds, connecting directly with members of the public about its services and mandate.
URSB staff, including Ms. Amelia Kobusingye, Ms. Rhona Agaba and Ms. Elizabeth Agiro, engaged with numerous participants throughout the day, providing detailed information about the organisation’s core mandate and highlighting its quasi-judicial role in mediating disputes. The exhibition offered a valuable platform for two-way communication between URSB and its stakeholders.
Participants shared candid feedback about their experiences with URSB services, offering both commendations and constructive criticism. This direct engagement provided URSB with important insights into public perceptions and areas requiring improvement.
The Court Open Day, organised by the Judiciary, brought together various justice sector institutions to promote access to justice and legal awareness among citizens. URSB’s participation demonstrated its commitment to transparency and public engagement as part of Uganda’s broader justice ecosystem.
The feedback collected during the event will inform URSB’s ongoing efforts to enhance service delivery and strengthen its relationship with stakeholders. The organisation’s presence at such public forums highlights its dedication to making its services more accessible and responsive to the needs of Ugandans.
