URSB partners with Government agencies to enhance public service Delivery
The Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB) is playing a key role in the “Customer Service Week” hosted by the Treasury Service Centre under the Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development from 20th to 24th October 2025. The service week, celebrating the theme “Public Financial Management Systems for Growth and Improved Service Delivery”, brings together a variety of government agencies committed to improving citizens’ access to public services.
During the week, URSB will provide on-site registration and advisory services alongside other partners such as the National Identification and Registration Authority (NIRA), the Uganda Revenue Authority (URA), and the National Social Security Fund (NSSF), among others. Attendees are invited to engage directly with URSB staff who will explain how to register businesses, protect intellectual property, and incorporate companies, services that open up opportunities for growth and formalisation.
By participating, URSB reinforces its pledge to efficient, accessible service delivery and emphasizes that formal business registration is an integral part of Uganda’s public-service transformation agenda. As URSB puts it, “Formalisation opens doors, to credit, to partnerships and to lasting legitimacy.”
The event offers Ugandans a one-stop opportunity to engage with multiple agencies in a single location, reducing time and cost, thereby improving convenience. With URSB on board, the week promises to lighten the burden of bureaucracy and create new momentum for growth through streamlined service delivery.
Citizens are encouraged to visit the event during the week and take advantage of the chance to engage with URSB’s expert team, service delivery brought to you.
