URSB Temporarily Relocates Service Centre from Posta Uganda to Georgian House
The Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB) has announced the temporary relocation of its Kampala Service Centre from Posta Uganda to Georgian House, Plot 5 George Street, Kampala. The move is part of an ongoing effort to ensure uninterrupted service delivery while renovations and space restructuring take place at the former location.
In a notice shared on its official social media platforms, URSB informed clients that the Posta Uganda Service Centre booths are now closed, and all services previously offered there will temporarily be accessed at Georgian House.
“This is a temporary relocation to allow us to continue serving our clients efficiently as we make improvements to our service spaces.”
The temporary relocation will ensure that clients seeking services such as business registration, intellectual property applications, and legal documentation among others continue to receive timely and professional assistance.
URSB emphasized that this move is part of its broader strategy to enhance customer experience and operational convenience. The Bureau also encouraged clients to use its online service platforms to save time and access services remotely during the transition period.
Clients are assured that all operations will return to the Posta Uganda premises once the necessary improvements are completed.
The Bureau appreciates the public’s patience and understanding as it works to create a better, more efficient service environment for all Ugandans.
