Reports to: SENIOR ESTATES OFFICER

Job purpose

  • To handle issues of Estate management of assets, businesses and property under the control of the office of the Official Receiver

Key responsibilities

  • Compiles and maintains lists of assets and businesses under the control of the Official Receiver  Prepares accountability reports on assets and businesses under the Official Receiver
  • Closely monitors the performance of Estates and/or businesses under receivership, prepares and submits status reports to the Senior Estates Officer
  • Develops and maintains lists of entities or persons under the Official receiver
  • Performs any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Senior Estates Officer

Person Specifications

  • An honors’ degree in Commerce, or Accounting or law
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Proven integrity and confidentiality in handling public resources and in executing duties
  • A high level of interpersonal, management skills and ability to work with teams
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
