How to prove a company cannot pay its debts

• Failure of the debtor or company to comply with a statutory demand within thirty days from the date of service. See statutory demand • Where execution issued against the debtor in respect of a judgment debt has been returned unsatisfied in whole or in part. • All or substantially all the property of the debtor is in the possession or control of a receiver or some other person enforcing a charge over that property. • Declaration by the company that it cannot pay its debts.
